It's so weird that all these things we have been talking about in class keep popping up on television shows I have been watching. Even if you don't like Oprah, her show today exemplified and explained the idea of gender identity and how people can feel trapped in the wrong gender/body. not that i agree with it or anything, but they believe who people are the wrong "gender" have a mental disorder. i can't remember the actual name of the disorder but it was some very interesting show on the discovery health channel a year or two back
